We are happy to welcome Alex Gaddy to the team at CENTURY 21 Connected. A fourth-generation Asheville native, Alex brings a deep personal connection to Western North Carolina and a people-first approach that aligns closely with how we serve our clients and communities.

Alex’s decision to pursue real estate stemmed from a desire for a more balanced and purpose-driven career. Encouraged by his wife, who had previously taken real estate classes, Alex enrolled in classes himself and quickly discovered that real estate offered the flexibility and long-term focus he was seeking. From the very first day of class, he knew he had found the right path.

Alex approaches real estate with honesty, integrity, and a straightforward style. He believes clients deserve clear communication, dependable guidance, and an experience that feels positive and manageable. His goal is not only to help clients move forward with confidence but also to make the process one they genuinely feel good about.

That mindset makes Alex a strong fit for CENTURY 21 Connected. After meeting Chris Smith, Alex recognized a shared belief in a better way to serve the people of Western North Carolina—one that prioritizes care, clarity, and meaningful support. He sees CENTURY 21 Connected as the place where he can best serve others while continuing to grow in his career.

Outside of real estate, Alex lives a simple and active life. He married his wife, Emily, in November, and together they have two dogs, Birdie and Zeke. He enjoys starting his mornings early with walks or hikes and is actively involved in his church. His faith plays an important role in shaping both his personal and professional life.
