My house was badly damaged by Hurricane Helene, and I was never able to get enough of an insurance settlement to do all the necessary repairs. I talked to Camilo, and he said he thought that we could sell the house “as-is” if I had the many trees removed from it. I used what insurance money I had to clear the tree debris.
