Joe moved to Hendersonville in 2006. Since then, he has built strong ties to the area and gained valuable local knowledge. Today, he helps clients navigate both the Asheville and Hendersonville markets with confidence.

He serves as a bi-vocational pastor at Barker Heights Baptist Church in Hendersonville. His work in ministry reflects his values—integrity, compassion, and service.
He also partners with his wife of nearly 34 years in their business, Hayes Smart Solutions, LLC. Together, they provide AI-powered smart luxury vending amenities to the community.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his family, working in the yard, fishing, and hunting. He also loves returning to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, where he grew up, to relax and recharge.
