A Passion for Western North Carolina
Danielle fell in love with North Carolina the moment she arrived in 2014, and that connection has only grown stronger over the years. From exploring the hiking trails and waterfalls of DuPont State Recreational Forest to enjoying local favorites like Battery Park Book Exchange in Asheville, sunset dinners at the Grove Park Inn, and evenings at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. in Mills River, Danielle truly embraces the mountain lifestyle.
What stands out most is her deep appreciation for community. Danielle is passionate about supporting local businesses and contributing to the local economy, believing that this commitment is what makes Western North Carolina such a special place to live and work.
Strong Financial and Professional Expertise
Originally from Indiana, Danielle earned her Finance degree from Indiana University Bloomington and spent a decade working with Fortune 500 companies in Chicago. With more than 20 years of experience in banking and enterprise technology sales, she brings a strong analytical mindset, financial insight, and strategic approach to real estate.
Her background allows her to guide clients with clarity and confidence, whether they are purchasing their first home, relocating, or making an investment decision. Danielle pairs this professional experience with a sincere desire to help others find their place in the mountains she loves.
An Active Mountain Lifestyle
Danielle lives the Western North Carolina lifestyle to the fullest. An avid hiker, horseback rider, and woodworker, she has also embraced tennis, pickleball, and golf since moving to the area. You can often find her at Mills River Park or Jake Rusher Park in Arden for pickleball and tennis, or on the course at Cummings Cove or Champion Hills.
When she is not exploring the outdoors, Danielle enjoys spending time with her Bernese Mountain Dog, Rosa. At 107 pounds, Rosa sometimes gets mistaken for a bear, but she is truly a gentle giant who loves affection.
