We are excited to welcome Jane Ward to the CENTURY 21 Connected family! With decades of experience in real estate and mortgage services across California, Colorado, and now Western North Carolina, Jane brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and heart to every client she serves.

Jane’s journey in real estate began when a stranger told her, “You have the personality for it.” That encouragement launched a career filled with helping first-time buyers, guiding sellers through transitions, and building strong relationships along the way. From running a successful mortgage business in Colorado to returning to real estate sales in Western North Carolina in 2005, Jane has always prioritized listening, asking questions, and following through—qualities that her clients value most.

Outside of real estate, Jane surrounds herself with music every day, singing in church, chorales, weddings, and community events since she was five. She also loves reading and enjoys thoughtful, one-on-one conversations, bringing that same personal touch to her work with clients.
