We are excited to announce the newest addition to our CENTURY 21 Connected family — Camilo Monroy! With an impressive background in real estate and a global perspective that sets him apart, Camilo brings a wealth of expertise, energy, and passion to our team.
Originally from the big-city real estate world, Camilo made the move to the mountains of Western North Carolina in 2007, drawn by the area’s natural beauty, vibrant community, and inspiring lifestyle. His journey began in Florida, where he specialized in working with international investors, developing a strong foundation in international marketing and residential sales.
Since becoming a licensed Real Estate Broker in Western North Carolina in 2009, Camilo has continued to grow his expertise, focusing on vacation and second homes, mountain properties, land development, short sales, and bank-owned properties. His deep understanding of market trends, paired with 20 years of hands-on experience, allows him to serve buyers, sellers, and investors with confidence and insight.
What truly sets Camilo apart is his commitment to long-term client relationships. His strong referral-based business speaks volumes about his dedication and service. Many of his clients become repeat customers — and friends — trusting him time and again with their real estate goals.
When he’s not helping clients, Camilo enjoys everything Western North Carolina has to offer, from hiking and outdoor adventures to fitness and cooking. His love for the area fuels his passion for helping others find their perfect place to call home.
At CENTURY 21 Connected, we believe that collaboration leads to great success — for our agents, our clients, and our community. With Camilo Monroy now part of our team, we are even more excited about what we can achieve together. His expertise, drive, and client-first approach align perfectly with our commitment to delivering extraordinary experiences in every transaction. We look forward to helping more clients seek out their dreams, invest in their future, and find their place in the world — one home at a time.
